The problem

Creators are drowning in production.
Brands are paying for it.

49% of monetising creators spend 20+ hours a week just on content production — re-cutting one idea into a tweet, a LinkedIn post, an Instagram carousel, a YouTube short, a TikTok, a podcast clip. The "reformatting tax" is the bottleneck of the entire creator economy.

Only 4% of creators earn over US$100,000 a year. The other 96% can't afford a content team. They're stuck choosing between going deep on one channel (single-platform risk) or thin across many (no compounding).

The old way

Hire a content team (US$150K+/yr). Manage them. Pray they understand brand voice. Watch margins shrink. Most creators can't do this — they stay solo and undershoot every channel.

The new way

One voice memo. Fusion produces every format. Captions tuned per platform. Auto-scheduled. Brand voice preserved. The whole content team — without the team.

The solution

The omnichannel layer for solo creators.

Fusion is the missing layer between "I have an idea" and "it's published everywhere." We don't generate generic AI slop — we extract the founder's actual voice from a short recording, then orchestrate purpose-built models for each format (blog, X thread, LinkedIn long, podcast, carousel, audiogram, short video). Each output is platform-native. Each one is brand-consistent.

What gets produced from one voice memo:

  • Long-form · Blog post · LinkedIn long-form · Newsletter
  • Short-form text · X post · X thread · Quote cards
  • Visual · Infographic · IG carousel · LinkedIn carousel · Single image post
  • Audio · Solo podcast · Dialogue podcast (auto-distributed to Apple, Spotify, +10 directories via RSS)
  • Video · Vertical short (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, FB Reels) · Audiogram with captions

Every piece carries the founder's voice. Every piece auto-publishes to its right channel at the right time. The product runs end-to-end without manual intervention.

Why this matters for investors

Most creator-tool startups raise on a deck and a Figma frame. Fusion is built. The marginal cost per content piece is measured (under US$2), not projected. The integrations are live, not promised. Day-one product risk is materially lower than the category average.

Team

Founder-led. Dogfooded daily.

Fusion is built by a founder who is also the product's primary user. That feedback loop — building the tool you ship content with every day — is the company's most underrated moat. Most creator-tool startups fail because they're built by engineers who don't create.

Risks

What could go wrong.

Equity crowdfunding investments are high-risk. Investors should only commit what they can afford to lose entirely. Specific risks to Fusion:

Platform-API risk

Social platforms can change their publishing APIs. We rely on upload-post.com as a multi-platform adapter to insulate us, but a downstream API rotation can break a channel temporarily.

AI-model dependency risk

We use OpenRouter to abstract model providers (Claude, GPT, Gemini). Costs can fluctuate. Voice cloning depends on ElevenLabs + Jellypod — provider switches require engineering effort.

Single-founder execution risk

Fusion was built solo. Key-person risk is real. The raise funds hiring to de-risk this.

Competitive risk

Buffer / Hootsuite (scheduling), Repurpose / OpusClip (clipping), HeyGen / Synthesia (avatar video) are all adjacent. None do input→omnichannel today, but well-capitalised incumbents could enter the orchestration layer.

FAQ

Investor questions.

How is this different from Buffer or Hootsuite?

Buffer and Hootsuite are scheduling tools — they don't generate content. You still have to write the post, design the carousel, edit the video. Fusion sits one layer above: voice in → finished content out → scheduling automatic. Buffer is downstream of us, not a substitute.

What's stopping ChatGPT or Claude from doing this natively?

Single LLM calls produce generic text. Fusion's value is the orchestration layer — 14 specialised pipelines (video composition, audiogram captioning, podcast RSS distribution, platform-specific copy tuning) wired into 18 publishing endpoints. That's 12+ months of engineering. OpenAI builds LLMs; they don't build vertical SaaS.

What if a social platform like TikTok blocks third-party publishing?

We use upload-post.com, a multi-platform adapter that maintains relationships across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, FB, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit, Pinterest, Bluesky, Google Business. If one channel changes terms, we have ten others. The adapter pattern means we don't carry per-platform risk directly.

How much does Fusion cost to run per content piece?

Under US$2 marginal cost at current LLM + voice + image-gen pricing. We've measured this on real content pieces. Costs trend downward as model providers compete on inference price. Our Pro tier (US$99/mo for 50 pieces) targets a 75%+ gross margin even at high usage.

What's the path to liquidity for ECF investors?

Two paths. Path A (preferred): follow-on institutional round at Year 2 with secondary participation available. Path B: strategic acquisition by Adobe / Salesforce / Hubspot at Year 3-5. Creator-tool acquisitions in this category have averaged 8-12× ARR multiples (Hopin/StreamYard at US$250M, Descript at unicorn valuation).

Why crowdfund instead of going to VCs?

We are. ECF is the first tranche, optimised for our community and product users — people who already use Fusion-powered content (Vince's masterclass audience) and want a stake. Strategic-VC conversations run in parallel. ECF aligns incentives: our earliest investors are our most active users and evangelists.

Who's on the cap table after this raise?

Founder retains majority. ECF investors get the indicated equity (10-15%). No external institutional capital yet. Clean cap table going into the next institutional round.

Can I see the product before I invest?

Yes. The demo video at the top of this page is the real product running. The interactive walkthrough below the Solution section is the actual UI. Request a live demo at me@vincetan.com.
